Excellent services by Char Dham Uttarakhand (Ms Shalu Singh). We were travelling with an elderly couple (our grandpa). We knew it was their life long dream to complete char dham yatra, so we anticipated it to be difficult. However, people in char dham not only alleviated these concerns but also left in good taste with their arranging a seamless char dham experience. From the outset, we were shown and given exceptional service. We were greeted warmly by our travel agent, MS Shalu, whose genuine care and attention immediately put us at ease. As this being our first char dham yatra, we had concerns about navigating unfamiliar destinations and managing any unforeseen circumstances that might arise during our trip. Ms Shalu patiently listened to our apprehensions and reassured us with her knowledge and expertise. What truly stood out was Ms Shalu's meticulous planning and clear communication. She took the time to understand our preferences and limitations, crafting an itinerary that catered to our needs perfectly. Every detail, from transportation arrangements to accommodation preferences, was thoughtfully considered and expertly organized. She provided clear instructions for each leg of our journey, ensuring that we felt confident and well-prepared every step of the way. We must tell about an incident. A minor dispute with a cab driver threatened to disrupt our travel plans. However, the team's quick thinking and proactive approach swiftly resolved the issue, and we were happy with the outcome and we were able to our journey without further inconvenience. We are glad we did not take the advice of our relatives and undertook the yatra on our own, especially with elders. It would have been nearly impossible to manage everything on our own. We are happy we bought the package and very happy with the way trip was arranged, food, hotel, cabs, and help in negotiating other minor services on the spot. In conclusion, our experience with Char Dham Uttarakhand and Ms Shalu exceeded all expectations. Their exceptional service, response, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. We found char dham uttarakhand tours and travels on a random google search. We bought the package from Bangalore. It was very nicely explained, prices were not too steep. We took the tour in June 2023 before the rains and it was a wonderful experience, travelling in the mountains, visiting holy shrines, taking dips in the river. It was exactly was we all imagined.
