   • We expect some minimum payment, to what percentage of the full amount depends on the situations solely at the discretion of Char Dham Uttarakhand Tour & Travel or its agent. And it is to be made before the commencement of the tour.
   • Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, online bank transfer, UPI, or other payment methods specified on our website.
   • We are flexible on the cancellations on booking made with us, and generally fully refund in case of unavoidable or emergency situations.
   • However, cancellations made within 2 days of the tour start date may result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
   • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 2 days or less prior to the tour start date.
   • Cancellations made by Char Dham Uttarakhand Tours and Travels due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, natural disasters, health emergency will result in a full refund.
